Motorized roller conveyor for moving empty and full pallets. Completely built in carbon steel with high-resistance epoxy surface treatment or AISI 304. The pallet transport rollers roll on bearings, are mounted on standard profiles and have height-adjustable support feet in AISI 304 steel with the possibility of fixing to the floor. after the final positioning and leveling of the line. Worm and crown geared motor, frequency variators, rolls motorized by roll-to-roll chain, manufactured with 3” x 3.2 mm thick pipe for mechanical use. The standard construction features a profile for easy removal safety protection in the power transmission sector. The cables and hoses are distributed to the connection points inside galvanized sheet metal channels. The belts are equipped with reflex optical type pallet presence sensors, which are wired to the central command system.
The operation of the belt is intermittent, so a frequency converter is provided to manage the acceleration and deceleration of the system so as not to cause very great efforts in the mechanical parts and achieve a smooth movement of the full pallet.
