Automatic palletizing cell with YASKAWA model MPL300 anthropomorphic robot. It serves two entry lines for boxes ready for palletizing. The roller bed infeeders with previous turner, assemble the litter line to take and position on the stowage. Designed and programmed to support 6 different presentations with boxes up to 16KG.
The taking is done using KENOS technology, generating vacuum with a BUSCH regenerative pump and taking up to 4 boxes simultaneously. This same allows you to take pallets and base cardboard, from their respective cassette holders, to place them in a stowage position on beds of chains.
The outfeeders converge, by means of chain transports and trolleys, in a TOSA wrapper integrated into the solution, to end up deriving in outbound transport with the packed pallets.
