Palletized 1+2. It is a single product entry through a plastic modular belt, and 2 palletizing stations. The cadence of the system is 13 cases/minute. These stations are located on automatic wrappers.
Once everything is in order, the robot begins to assemble a pallet, taking two boxes at a time. When the assembly of the pallet is finished, the stretching is automatically carried out, while the robot begins to stack on the other. At the end, it will send a light/sound alarm, so that the operator can remove it. The replacement of pallets is executed without the robot stopping palletizing.
The cell has all the appropriate technology, sensors, PLC, Panel, Security, and all the necessary supplies.
