Fully automatic 1+1 palletizing (1 product entry, 1 palletizing station) with Robot, to work with 2 different presentations of 6kg and 12kg of liquid milk, both with wrap around boxes.
The cell has: gripper designed to measure to enable the taking of 2 boxes simultaneously, sensors, PLC devices, operating panel with dynamic and simple interface, security, and all the necessary supplies.
Adaptations of some pre-existing elements were made, such as a palletizing station, exit roller tables, etc.
