Boxed with delta robot


Doypack crating, 1 x second, with Spider/Delta/Parallel Robot

By means of 2 conveyor belts, where empty boxes advance in one of them and in the other product already packaged in doypack of different colors, we carry out the positioning of the parts. By means of a delta robot, with a vacuum gripper, and a vision camera, we detect where and how the container comes from, we take it and place it inside the box with the desired position and the color corresponding to each production.

This high-speed pick & place allowed us to achieve a higher rate of closed boxes per minute, crating different flavors on a single conveyor belt without having to separate each flavor on a belt. Production was increased and claims for mixture of flavors decreased.
