Details
Receipt of milk from 4 lines with direct delivery and/or to a buffer tank. Each line has 1 truck milk unloading station and 1 truck CIP station. In this way it is possible to unload a truck and wash another at the same time.
All the milk sent by these 4 lines reaches a valve cluster, where they sequentially fill 10 milk silos.
All the logic is done by an AllenBradley Contrologix PLC, with distributed periphery. Visualization and control is through a Wonderware SCADA System Platform, also programmed by TEC SRL.
