Replaced obsolete PLC and panel with updated technology. Operating functions were modified and optimized, achieving a greater degree of automation and efficiency of the tub.
A new AISI 304 cabinet was manufactured where the PLC, expansion modules, protection and control elements, feed-through terminals and speed variators were housed. This cabinet also contains the control buttons and a touch operating panel.
The hard selected was Allen Bradley, the signaling components were Omron and Schneider was used in terms of power.
All the corresponding planimetry and the open programming with the back up of the corresponding program were delivered.
