It has a KUKA model KR240 robot and a mechanical claw gripper for picking up half a litter, which is made up of a grouping table with pushers, pneumatic stoppers and mechanical belt transfers.
This fully automated cell also has:
- Pallet case.
- Two product entry lines made with plastic modular belt.
- Poorly glued box discarder.
- Half-layer grouping table made with roll beds.
- Two finished pallet output lines made with chain beds
- Security system and perimeter fencing.
- Team command and control panel.
