2 + 2 palletizing (2 product entrances, 2 palletizing stations) with OMRON COLLABORATIVE robot. The boxes come through two plastic modular belts at a total rate of 5 boxes/minute. The Cobot takes them one by one and places them on the pallet.
The picking system is by vacuum, taking one box at a time and placing them on the corresponding pallet.
As can be seen, this type of “collaborative” robot DOES NOT need physical perimeter fencing, but instead has 3 programmable and configurable scanners to define the areas. In this way, the COBOT never stops working, it only slows down if someone enters the delimited area.
Finally, in this case, it is palletized 300 mm from the floor, since later, the mobile autonomous robots "intelligent carts" are in charge of removing full pallets and placing empty ones.
