Details
It is a fully automatic system, where the Anthropomorphic Robot is in charge of palletizing 25 kg bags. There is a single product input that configures 2 and 3 Bags for the Robot and a station where the palletizing is carried out. The Cadence of the system is 15 bags/minute.
Once the Robot finishes assembling the pallet, it automatically advances towards the automatic stretching station, while the robot begins to stack on the other pallet coming from the automatic unstacker, thus marking uniform continuity in the process.
The cell has all the appropriate technology, sensors, PLC, Panel, Security, and all the necessary supplies.
