Signal Conditioners
Signal conditioners amplify, convert, isolate and measure any type of analog signal to ensure safe and reliable plant processes. They are used in all those applications where parameters such as temperature, pressure, load level, flow volume, weight, speed, etc. must be measured and monitored. Conversion of a standardized signal to a different one, such as a 0...5 V input signal to a 4–20 mA output signal. The converters make it possible to convert and adapt DC signals and temperature signals (TC and RTD) as standard signals, e.g. 4–20 mA / 0–10 V. In addition, these universal signal converters can be used with industrial Ethernet as well as with surge protection modules, relays and switches.
The ACT20X series processes all standard input signals (2-wire HART, NAMUR, RTD, thermocouples, DC signals) from the Ex 0 environment or provides digital and analog signals, in order to manage field devices in potentially hazardous environments . Fault and fault messages can be redirected via
